DESCRIPTION:Ashtamgam Ayurveda Chikitsalayam & Vidhyapeedham observed National Naturopathy Day with an expert-led awareness programme held at the college auditorium\, highlighting the holistic principles of naturopathy and its role in preventive and promotive healthcare.\nThe programme featured enlightening talks by Dr. Suja K\, Assistant Professor\, Department of Kaumarabhritya\, on Mud Therapy\, and Yogasree Shambu Namboothiri\, Honorary Physician\, on Hydrotherapy. The sessions offered practical insights into natural healing methods and were well received by the participants.\nA vibrant Food Fest\, conducted by the 2023 batch students with great enthusiasm\, added a lively experiential dimension to the event. The fest showcased 20 varieties of nature-cure dishes\, including fresh mango-based salads\, whole-wheat bread items\, nutritious smoothies\, herbal teas\, refreshing mojitos\, and healthy nut laddoos. This initiative beautifully reinforced the concept of food as medicine and encouraged mindful\, natural eating practices.\nOverall\, the programme successfully blended knowledge with experience\, inspiring participants to embrace naturopathy as a sustainable and holistic way of life.

DESCRIPTION:Ashtamgam Ayurveda Chikitsalayam and Vidyapeedham inaugurated its annual KRITI College Arts Fest 2025-26 on 27 November 2025 under the banner of the Prasankhya Students Union. \nThe event was formally inaugurated by Mr. Ravishankar Etteth\, Columnist and Editor\, The New Indian Express\, New Delhi. \n“His insightful reflections on creativity and responsible expression—especially in an era where AI has touched every creative field—deeply inspired the audience and lent a distinctive grace to the celebration.” \nKRITI 2025-26 officially commenced with this inaugural ceremony\, marking the start of vibrant cultural competitions in the campus.The students were organized into four dynamic Houses—Tarangam\, Sarangi\, Sahasra\, and Bodha—each representing a unique creative spirit. Within this vibrant structure\, students competed across 27 onstage events spanning diverse art forms and 14 literary and offstage events\, showcasing talent\, intellect\, and teamwork. The competitions stood as a celebration of creativity and unity\, fostering confidence\, healthy competition\, and lasting memories.
