International Yoga Day @ Ashtamgam

Yoga day at Ashtamgam inaugurated by Sri Kiran Seth, Founder CEO of SPIC MACAY. Teachers and selected students of the college performed Yoga “aasanas” followed by a class by Yogasree Sambhu Namboodiri on “Arogyam and Panchakosangaum” Yoga Training and awareness classes to a group of around 100 students of Vattenad GVHSS school by Dr.Niveditha (BNYS)
