- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery)
- BAMS stands for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. The course duration is in total 5 and half years divided into 3 professional years of 1 and half years duration each (spanning to 4 and half years) and 1 year compulsory internship. It is recognised by NCISM and approved by Ministry of AYUSH vide order number R.12011/40/2015-EP(IM-1) dated 27.10.2016 with an intake capacity of 60 students for BAMS course. It is affiliated to the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS).

- This course is internationally recognized, with excellent job opportunities. It is affiliated to Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S- VYASA), Bangalore, which is a registered charitable institution (1986) working for making Yoga as a socially relevant Science. On the completion of this course, the students will be able to teach yoga to the general public, even to those having health related complaints. The course is combination of Theory and Practical, dealing with Breathing techniques, Āsanas, Shat Kriyas, Pranayama, Meditation techniques, etc. course also includes Yogic Games which improves Concentration, Memory, Stamina, Awareness etc and Happy Assembly program which makes a person, in tune with true nature, happiness and bliss. Students can complete YIC, along with the BAMS course without affecting regular classes.

- Under this program provided by the Central Sanskrit University, different levels of certificate course, in Sanskrit language is being offered for students, staff and outsiders. It gives additional help for students who are weak in the language. This course also can be done in parallel to BAMS.

- A diploma course in therapy, is provided under ASAP (Additional Skill Acquisition Programme) conducted by Govt Of Kerala. Course is open to candidates with Higher Secondary Certificate (plus two).
- Vasthu Vijnan Beginners Course
- Ashtamgam is conducting Vasthu Vijnan Beginners Course recognised by Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S- VYASA), Bangalore. This course delves into principle and practices of vasthu and how they can be applied into modern architectural design.
- Kalari
- An introductory training in Kalari, is included as part of curriculum during Physical Education hour.
- Indian Traditional Knowledge Systems
- Training in bharatanatyam, mohiniyattam, Jyotisha, Marma, Music is also provided to students as per demand. This is arranged under the P R Krishnakumar Centre for Traditional Knowledge Systems, established in Ashtamgam with the noble intention of promoting traditional knowledge systems.
